Because coffee is an agricultural product, some natural variation may occur between harvests, batches, and roast dates. Tasting notes describe the characteristics you may experience in the cup and are not additional ingredients or guaranteed flavours.

Product photographs, packaging, colours, labels, and other visual elements may appear slightly different depending on your device or may change as our packaging evolves.

Product descriptions, availability, roast offerings, origins, pricing, and packaging may be changed at any time without notice.

We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

An order is accepted once we have successfully processed payment and confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• product availability;
• pricing or listing errors;
• suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
• unusually large quantities;
• delivery limitations; or
• other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.

dear alexandra, coffee is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that allows us to operate the online store.

However, purchases made through our store are made directly with us and not with Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from our store or for the fulfillment of orders, refunds, customer service, product quality, or other aspects of transactions between you and dear alexandra, coffee.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating the store, processing payments, fulfilling orders, preventing fraud, and providing the Services.
